Lil' Hunter

A custom character mod based on the boss Lil' Hunter. Requires atleast v100 of Nuclear Throne Together.

Passive - 140 hp & larger hitbox. Starts with Lil' Gunther, which has 2 firing modes: Sniper and Bouncer. Can't pick up other weapons.
Is unaffected by webs and ice, but drifts when not actively moving.

Active - Press to dodge in the direction you're moving, hold to launch into the air; both of these cost Explosive ammo.
While in the air you can fly around freely, once you release the button (or after 5 seconds) you'll land with a jetpack stomp.

Active B - Press the Horn button (default B) to call in friendly I.D.P.D.; you can do this 6 times per level, and better units will appear as the game goes on.

Thronebutt - Makes jetpack movement faster and adds explosions and extra fire to your stomps and dodges. Allows friendly Elite spawns.

Currently has no art for the Ultra buttons, but I might make some at some point.
